For small businesses wanting to reach, serve, and retain customers, Cisco introduces the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series for Small Business. This solution eliminates multiple servers and combines voice, data, voicemail, Automated Attendant, video, security, and wireless capabilities. It also integrates with existing desktop applications such as calendar, e-mail, and customer relationship management (CRM) programs. The easy-to-manage solution supports up to 50 users in flexible deployment models based on your needs.

 

The Cisco UC 500 Series and Optional Productivity Applications:

  • UC 500 - for Small Business, supporting 8, 16, 24, 32, 48, and
  • UC 520 - 4 users with the Cisco Unified Communications 520 models.
  • UC 540 - available in 8-, 16-, 24-, and 32-user versions
  • UC 560 - supports up 104 phones.
